Reading Menu for Summer 2012 Courses

What follows is a list of readings that will inform the courses being taught during the 2012 Summer session. Course readings and assignments will draw heavily on the list of texts referenced below. The intention of this document is therefore not to provide a careful account of course assignments or required readings. Since such courses are currently being developed, the intent of this document is instead to give potential students and their faculty members a sense of the kinds and contents of texts that will guide much of our thinking, reading, and learning together. Amendments and augmentations will undoubtedly arise as our planning becomes more detailed in the coming months.
