In 2005, Aliquippa Impact for the first year started an educational day camp program in the Linmar Terrace public housing community. The program served fifty students, and provided a wide variety of educational opportunity to students during the summer months.

Now, the program serves well over 200 youth during the summer months in a variety of locations throughout the City of Aliquippa. During the summer months, youth have the opportunity to participate in global education, literacy, arts, leadership development, and gardening activities. These programs keep youth engaged during the summer months so they are ready to achieve in the upcoming school year. By filling the summers with opportunity, we provide hope to the community through relationally focused educational programs.
